LOL. I have very recently learned that when someone is stressing out, it is best for me to remain absolutely calm and not have an opinion. By saying things like, uh huh, yes, oh,uh huh. The person speaking actually starts listening to themselves instead of waiting for our reaction. I am finding that most of the time the best advice I can give is "I don't know." Because I really don't. I have opinions on what I would do, or what I think they should do, but what does that matter? Keeps me out out of Miss fix everything mode.
